At West Park Primary School children in Early Years access a broad and balanced curriculum that gives them the range of knowledge and skills needed for good progress through school and life. We ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of our teaching and learning so that every child makes good progress, and no child gets left behind. Through a close working partnership between staff and parents and/or carers we support our children to be independent learners.  Every child is included and supported through equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice.  Our curriculum reflects the needs, experiences, and interests of our children. We have developed a curriculum that supports the uniqueness of our children and their board cultural and social backgrounds. Opportunities for learning are provided through first hand experiences through play within our continuous provision as well as more adult lead focused opportunities. We aim for our children to gain a love of learning and become confident and independent learners.
