English in Y6

Y6 have made a great start to their new learning journey in English. We are looking at folk tales around world with a focus on Arabic stories. Our first story is called The Fountain of Youth from central Asia. Children have deconstructed a model text to help them construct their own success criteria. They also had a brilliant lesson collecting vocabulary to use in their own writing. Well done Y6 :)
