Investigating Liquid Temperatures

Children in year 4 investigated how liquid temperature affects biscuit texture during dunking. They found out the biscuits broke the quickest in hot water compared to room temperature and cold water, as heat accelerates the melting process of solids, causing them to disintegrate faster.
