Poetry week

To kickstart our poetry week, Year 1 have been exploring poems. Mrs Harper put different poems out for us to find, read and explore together. We had to use the sentence stems 'I liked...', 'I did not like...' and 'my favourite part was' after we had read each poem to say how we felt about the poem we had read. Our favourite poem was 'Food Train' by Julia Donaldson.
