The Enormous Turnip

As part of our Traditional Tales topic this term we have been reading the story of The Enormous Turnip. We have been re-telling and acting out the story looking at who came to help the old man to pull it out. We also talked about and looked at the different vegetables he could grow in his garden. We used some of our vegetables for printing and created repeating patterns with the different shapes and sizes.
