This half term in year 2 our text is The Owl who is Afraid of the Dark by Jill Tomlinson. The children have really enjoyed listening to the story so far and learning all about the main character Plop who is a baby owlet and is on a journey to discover why the dark is actually quite exciting. We are now writing letters to Plop and will be writing poems later on this half term. Please listen to the shorter version of the story.
