If you go down to the woods today, you're in for a big surprise. If you go down to the woods today, you'd better go in disguise. For every bear that ever there was, will gather there for certain, because todays the day the teddy bears have their picnic.
At the end of our book 'This is the Bear' the bear says that he wants to go on another adventure. We decided that he could go on a picnic. This week we have written lists of food for the picnic, written picnic invitations for bears, making jam sandwiches and biscuits, and then finally we went on our picnic on the field to eat our picnic. We enjoyed our sandwiches and biscuits - they were yummy!
