Year 3 Science

The children in Year 3 are busy exploring the topic of 'Forces and Magnets' in science currently. They have completed their first fair test investigation this week which has been to investigate how a protractor moves on different surfaces. The children had to plan and prepare the investigation, ensuring that it was fair. All the children, within their groups, had roles such as recorders, measures, observers and movers. The children had made predictions about the best surface, before their investigation. Once the results were in they all compared and reflected on what they had observed and predicted.
